Estate disposal is a complex process that may involve getting rid of real estate, house contents, vehicles, and an assortment of other belongings. Most people have never done it before, and few are prepared for the time, effort, and emotional toll it can take. Just One Call, LLC, will guide you through the process and will set up and coordinate all the services you require. We will:

  • Contract with estate sale companies

  • Obtain the Kelley Blue Book value of vehicles and sell them

  • Donate or recycle any home contents remaining after the estate sale

  • Arrange for necessary home repairs and yard maintenance

  • Liaise with attorneys at client's request

  • Sell real estate

As licensed real estate agents for over thirteen years, we have successfully sold hundreds of homes. Whatever the home's condition, we will help prepare it for sale using a trusted team of professionals including sub-contractors, stagers, yard maintenance workers, and a photographer.

We arrange 1031 exchanges

Unlike many real estate agents, we have extensive experience in the tax-deferred transfer of rental properties using the 1031 exchange mechanism. We can advise accordingly where rental property is involved.

I'm a fifth-generation Oregonian, retired psychologist, master gardener, and principal real estate broker with over thirteen years in the industry. I started Just One Call, LLC, to coordinate estate disposal because I saw people struggling with an unnecessary burden. People feel overwhelmed when they’re expected, in only weeks or months, to decide what to do with property and possessions accumulated over a lifetime—what, if anything, to keep, what to get rid of, and how to do it. The stress can be enormous and emotions can run high, particularly among family members. I realized what they needed was someone without any personal involvement in the estate, who could coordinate the whole process—someone with the experience and skills to assess the situation, identify what needs to be done, and then devise and execute a plan to do it in a sensitive yet effective way. And I realized that person could be me.I spent over twenty years as a psychologist, helping families and legal professionals make difficult decisions on behalf of vulnerable people. As a real estate agent, I have prepared hundreds of homes for successful sale, including properties that were outdated, poorly maintained, and even affected by hoarding. Drawing on both strands of my career, Just One Call, LLC, is designed to make life a little easier for people going through one of its most stressful stages.
